Collaborative development of the business units’ digitalization strategy in 12 weeks for an automotive supplier

Situation

A business unit of a German automotive Tier1 supplier, traditional component producer, needed to act and investigate the potential of digitalization as costs, but not revenue, were increasing. A new business unit head took over and related units were one step ahead in digitalization.

2-day off-site leadership workshop to kick-off company’s biggest transformation project ever (industrial company Middle East)

Situation

A regional industrial company, with stable and growing sales over the last 20 years, built its vision: To continue the success story and grow 10 times more within the next 20 years. The CEO, who had recently started, wanted to gain insights and buy-in of his leadership team. For that, a transformative, inspirational, fun and memorable transformation workshop was needed.

Situation

An industrial company, being on the path of change form the old paradigm to anew one. Having – as many other companies – issues to attract and in particular to retain talent, where identify it’s also about the peoples, aka. managers, ability to lead others. To break that old paradigm, it needs starts from the top – and that was what the CEO did: he started with his mindset and understanding of leadership – welcoming CheerLeadership as a new inspiriting style.

  • New business model development & corporate strategy (retail, e-commerce): Developed (Amazon-like) marketplace from scratch in the SEE region, including a TV-sales channel across functions such as strategy (USP, mission), assortment, partners, marketing and operations

  • Growth strategy (TMT, mgmt. consultancy/ cyber security): Developed long-term strategic plan for regional expansion, incl. business cases in EMEA

  • Growth strategy and operational excellence (consumer goods, MLM): Developed strategic growth plan (mission, values, regions) and digitalization plan for the sales taskforce (100k+ ppl) to transform “producer only” to a service provider too

Transformation Workshops

  • Retail, e-commerce: Project “New business model development in the SEE region”, was supported by two 2-day transformation workshops across all 7 major business topics; first conducted before project start to accelerate knowledge sharing and decision making (5 major decision to set the direction); second conducted before last quarter of project timeline to decide on a business scenario, release investments and set the target for the next phase

  • CPG: Conducted stand-alone 2-day workshop to review strategic direction (mission, old & new revenue streams), create new business opportunities, incl. t-shirt sizing, to find growth opportunities.

Executive Coaching

  • Coaching is not about the hierarchy level, it’s about the Coaches’ ability and capability to quickly get the gist of it, read between the lines, to spot unspoken but important messages, to see patterns, which are so familiar or subtle that the person itself cannot see it, and to see the persons’ full potential which the person itself may not see or believe – yet.
