Vision
If I have learnt one thing from all my experiences – speaking here as someone who loves her life and has been changing all to live in the solution mode, changing things for the better – then, that there is one way to make it happen quickly, effectively and far ahead of others: disruption.
That sounds uncomfortable? Sure, it is. If good things came with ease, then everybody would have them.
Sounds exciting, though? Yes, it definitely is! It’s a fast-paced ride, shedding a part of the old self – no matter if as a company or an individual – for something far better and bigger than you have now.
It’s the fastest ways to create a new identity, followed by a transition phase to settle into the new upgraded version.
So, as much as I realize that there is need for patience (which I would rather call “giving the things the time they need – but not more”), I truly believe that in today’s world there is little space – and time – for going slowly (except if you want to do your competition a huge favour).
After disrupting my own life repeatedly (Yes, I somehow cannot stop as long there is potential to leverage – it would be such a waste!), I have been teaching a decent number of private clients how to disrupt their life.
Now, loving my profession as strategy consultant with a focus on efficiency and growth strategies over the last 8 years, I am all-in for the upside of digitalization strategies – the beauty of disruption as its best.
With Eagle Business Consulting FZCO, we will go further and even deeper than ever to help our clients to disrupt themselves before others do.
Besides that, I have a personal desire to disrupt the consulting industry itself by establishing a new model.
Don’t ask me what the end-product will look like. Disruption is an agile, unpredictable process which needs a lot of “going with the flow” and following a waterfall approach.
